Since we can't physically see each other, I really hope Kaiakas didn't actually offend anyone.

Can we have more than 1 inspiration? I already have 1.

Inspiration is not *intended* to be hoarded (but spent and regained). That said, as a player in a D&D game I always find that frustrating (and means that when I have it, I'm not really incentivized to RP or get into character as much). So, that's a long way of saying, yes you can have more than 1 inspiration point.

Note: while the thread used to be called morning, we're now into mid-afternoon. Lots of walking, and it's been about 45minutes since Xara left to go scouting and returned.

It's a houserule that I just made up, but you can!

To clarify, you're all still at the bottom of the hill - only Xara scouted ahead, and she's now returned (and presumably told you what she saw). If you're all planning to march up the path and look around, then I can pretend that happened between Kaiakas' last post and Zaris'.

Ah, I thought I messed that up. I would do the same thing as soon as we marched up, so I will keep it unless the group decides otherwise for our actions.

They've definitely seen you. You could go into the bushes and use cunning action to hide, then next turn come out behind them.

Can't remember what rolling a nat 20 on attack rolls does. Auto crit? Double damage? Not at home to look up rules, sorry.
