Shannout sits and smiles as everyone is eager. He smiles at the little girl, seeming so innocent and yet full of power. Looks to his orher two "strangers turned allies" with high hopes.

Now that we are all in accord, do we have any leads or are we going to need to be creative? I have ways to gather information and may still have some friends that I have made through the grace of Olidammara. Some may not be the most liked by society, but they have been around.

Unfortunately, we haven't had a lick of a lead. If you know anyone in the University that could let you have access to the library, perhaps you could start there. Otherwise, I'm hoping you all have something of a knack for this. Aedwin says before standing up from his seat at the table. I'm very glad you've all agreed to help. Here's your wages for today, and I'll even offer you each an extra three gold right off the bat to give you a little incentive. Now, I need to go. My men should be back with the prisoner shortly. I trust at least one of you remembers the way out of here?

Marie-Louise, puts the remains of her bread in her pocket and then crawls from under the table, looks at everyone in the room, not saying or thinking a word to them and ending with Aedwin, giving him a small smile. She then turns and walks out the door, quickly finding her way outside and waiting for the others to join.

Maybe we should just go there and ask to be allowed in for research on C'thalet. We need to know what he is. I don't know if asking around in a bar will help us, but mentioning a soul devouring thing to drunk people could be fun.

You've got two possible options the group has posed. One is to go to a tavern and see what you can shake out. Vlur can definitely find one pretty easily, they are usually garishly decorated and feature steady traffic at all hours. The other is to follow Marie's suggestion and head to the University library. I just need to know where everyone is going so I know if we need to split you up for some private adventure times. :)Nov 3, 2017 9:54 pm
