Which lake-man was Alden targeting?

Wounded one on Esteber, fresh one on Herja or the one in the back on Lord Delmar?

Oh, sorry, forgot to specify. As the other two are covered by heroes, the one on Lord Delmar will be ok.

Although it is not reflected in the dice, I used Bart's increased defense, all attacks miss him.

Bart is now weaponless. He could:
1) Spend all of next round picking up his sword
2) Spend an SP (if he had one left) to pick it up for free (or if he had Lighting Reflexes talent)
3) Next round, Attack with his bare hands (OD +5)
4) Next round, pull out a backup weapon and attack (pulling out weapon counts as move action).

Good thing I kept my little pig-sticker short sword... Hopefully I can harvest an SP to get Gertrude back up again...

Not that it matters much in the current initiative order, but does Bart's initiative go up as soon as he drops Gertrude? The sword applies a - 2 penalty. It would make sense if the initiative changes after my next action with some other weapon.

I'd say it would, but of course I'm not the GM here. I have no problem letting you go before me this round, I highly doubt this will affect my action.

I agree, my notes have Herja at 16hp. Dextolen has been awarding Herja SP for healing: healed herself once, and healed Esteber twice. She's cashed in 2 SP for DEF +8 so yeah she's at 1 SP now :-)
