This particular creature is 130 ft. away from Ujjaya, so you have extra penalties for range, but given what you rolled, this won't change the results of your attacks much...
Ujjaya's first arrow flies wide of it's target, but the second arrow strikes true, bloodying the creature.

Roland puts the donkey and cart into motion (using move action to drive cart forward, donkeys move speed is 30 ft) and then reloads while the cart moves.
OOC:
If the donkey is moving during my entire turn he can take a double move correct? so a total of 60 feet. I am only moving the donkey on the map 30 ft right now until this move is confirmed as possible. I also assumed ujiya would stay on the cart and moved him as well. He may wish to jump off and be six squares back still.

Nope, not seeing anything about needing a Handle Animal check to move an animal in combat, only to make it perform actions it wasn't trained for... Yeah, you can make your mule take a double move.

Roland stopped 15 feet short of a true double move as I assumed corpses were obstacles and didn't want to complicate things.
Thats still close enough. Again Ujiya has been moved with the cart and may wish to move back if he jumped off when i started the cart moving.

Given the latest damage it took, the creature takes a move action to doge and weave the aim of those shooting at it. It will then strike Durgrim again, using some power attack to try and drop him. Luckily for Durgrim, this swing fails...

Sadly, the creature resist the attempt at being harried and Sir Urik only manages a small scratch with his first attack, the second one missing...

As a swift action, Janis observes the remaining creature, and then performs a full attack with his silvered scimitar, putting his full Power Attack on this attack, hoping to finish off the target...

Janis' first attack only strikes the creature, but it strikes it with tremendous strength, leaving the creature in a very bad position, hurt and bleeding profusely...
