Weiryn gives a small smile. "Pharasma is not to be feared, as she is but a judge...and I see that she has judged that it is not yet your time. You will answer our questions before we give you the release you so desire."

Weiryn turns to one of the others before continuing. "Bind his arms and legs, and I will ensure that he will not die. I also have spells prepared to help with any questions we may have. They are not exactly pleasant, but they will ensure that we get answers."

Scowling at the unwillingness of the werewolf to be talked sense to, Durgrim hit's him over the head with his hammer. "Oy! Ye shou'd head the words of ye betters!"

Durgrim will try to hold back, with a -4 to hit for it to be non-lethal. Wording of the prd makes me think the electric damage would also be non-lethal, if not, please ignore it.

Weiryn checks his foe over, attempting to stabilize him before allowing anyone to bind him. Once satisfied, he goes to check on the Vistani that were on the ground when they arrived. If any survived, he attempts to heal them by channeling his faith. If not, he gives them last rites, praying for Pharasma to judge them fairly.

With +11 in CMB, the DC would be 31 for the creature to escape (I.E. creature cannot escape, by the rules you cited kalajel)

Weiryn is confident he stabilized the unconscious creature, he then moves towards the Vistani who are still alive and stabilizes them as well.
OOC:
While manipulating the Vistanis, Weiryn should make a Fort save...
While Weiryn attends to the wounded Vistanis, Durgrim makes a good job of securely binding the creature.
