"I agree with Weiryn and Darren. Not only this is unnecessary, but it is cruel and unusual."

Ireena nods while Janis only short at Sir Urik's opinion.

"Well, if you're not going to tie up and question the other one, we might as well kill it before it wakes up and attacks us or tries escaping or something..."
Dec 23, 2017 5:30 pm
"What's this other option weirn? Because I will know what I can learn from this creature before I move on. There is no redemption to be had here."

"If they cannot be redeemed, we should simply kill them in a merciful manner. There is no need to inflict undue pain. I feel it answered our questions adequately. We know their mates are sick, and most likely unable to pose any sort of serious threat to us. Since we defeated their hunters, this pack has been severely weakened already."

"Sir Urik is right. Those werewolves are definitely of the ruins pack and I know their numbers are roughly around half a dozen. With those three done for, we've pretty much effectively wiped this pack out. Now let's just kill them already and move on."
Dec 26, 2017 3:09 pm
Darren nods, "Quick and merciful is the way to do it," he says, looking determined but unhappy about it. With a prayer for them (if no one interrupts or has more questions), he steps forward and kills them.

OOC:
None of the NPCs will stop you.
Dec 27, 2017 1:56 pm
"This is a complete waste, but I won't stop you."

OOC:
Nobody else stopping Darren?

"I'm with Brother Darren. Torture ain't much of an answer. He could be tellin' ye lies and ye'd be no wiser." Durgrim shakes his head defeatedly. "It'd be one thing if the Lady of Graves makes 'em talk, but mere torture? Pain? It ain't nothing but a broken mineshaft."

He steps forwards and helps Darren with the executions while reciting their offences; wanton murder, banditry, resisting the righteous Brethren of the Lightbringers and so on.

Weiryn, noting his friends' reactions and discomfort, touched his holy symbol, asking Pharasma for insight into the foe's mind as his brothers in arms prepare for executions.
OOC:
Casting Detect Thoughts on the enemies as Darren and Durgrim carry out their grim task.

Also, sorry for the unexpected absence. Lots of driving over the holidays.

Veroth looks a little pale and uncomfortable, but does not try to stop Darren.

Okay, to speed things along, we'll assume that no one else interjects and Darrens executes the two werewolves. Now you can loot their bodies or look at the wounded Vistanis in the middle of the road...
Jan 6, 2018 2:36 am
Darren moves over to the Vistani, checking to see how bad their injuries are and if any are in urgent need of healing.
Jan 6, 2018 4:52 am
Both are looking to be in bad shape and unconscious.
Jan 8, 2018 7:21 am
Durgrim sees Darren go over to the vistani. "They alive, Brother? Shall I ask Torag to restore them as well as us?"
OOC:
I've got 4 charges of Lay on Hands left, I can burn 2 of those on a 3d6 channel if we'd like. I know I need the healing.
Jan 8, 2018 2:16 pm
"That would be a good idea sir dwarf. In the mean time, I can take care of Janis' wounds."

Sir Urik will then perform 2 lay on hands on Janis Barahg.

Rolls

1st lay on hands

2nd lay on hands

Jan 8, 2018 2:26 pm
Durgrim nods to Sir Urik and beckons his friends to come closer. "Come close, brothers." He plants his Earthbreaker in the ground before him and prays to Torag.
OOC:
Anyone who comes close will get the channel heal, (including Janis if he wishes)

Edit. I'm at 44/66, anyone else need healing? I could channel once more, or just use lay on hands on myself. We have other healing as well?

Rolls

Channel energy - heals all living creatures within 30ft - (3d6)

(221) = 5

OOC:
That put roland back to full health.
