Roland fires two shots at the last wolf

All shots against touch ac. Last shot misfires in addition to whatever penalty dm assigns. Weapon holds only five rounds until I repair it.

The entangle effect is not an area. The red area is simply a form of rough terrain. The spell had an additional entangling effect, but it is no way tied to the area. Basically, you are entangled until you can free yourself by spending a move action to make a Strength check or an Escape Artist check.

@ azira: Hmm, IIRC, I did the whole downtime thing for levelling up. Next morning Durgrim should have his level.

@ Qralloq: Veroth tries to free himself of the entangling ropes of molten stone around him but fails. though he feels he was nearly there...

@ Kaos: You find Darren unconscious and badly burned, but still alive and breathing. He seems to be stable. (wow, I can't still believe those two 20s in a row like that...)

@ Jabes: Yeas, an aid another action. Roll an Escape Artist DC 10, and if you succeed, you can grant Veroth a +2 on his check.
While Veroth tries and nearly succeeds on freeing himself again, Roland gives a potion to Darren (roll 1d8+1 for the amount of HP given back to Darren).

As Roland administers healing to Darren, the party will see one of the fallen she-wolves revert back to her humanoid, half-elven form. From your past encounters with werewolves, you know this means she just died. The other she-wolf is still in her hybrid form, signalling that she is still alive...

Ujjaya, who was just about to try and help Veroth, notices that one of the she-wolves still lives. "Beware, brothers!" he warns, nocking another arrow and aiming it at the unconscious she-wolf. He nudges her with his foot.
