The Star of Helia

"Provisions? You do not have any?"

The dwarven priest will chime in.

"Weel, Ah dae hae fower days ay scran. Ah suppose we coods aye hunt oan th' way."

The priestess continues.

"Hmm, it should take you at the very least two days to get there and two days to get back... I'll see if we can spare some food, consider this a downpayment for your service."

"Well, for one you'd probably have difficulty fencing a recognizable relic of the faith of Helia. However, you are in luck as I only want the relic, anything else you find inside the ruined temple, you are free to keep. But I can always try to contact the temple of Helia at Westing while you're away, see if I can put together a more substantial reward. Or perhaps notify the authorities..."

"Very well, I'll see how much food we can spare for your group and then you will be ready to go on your way. Does any of you have any question in the meantime?"

Shen then summons a servant and assigns him to find some food for the party.

Eventually, the servant comes back with some food and a piece of paper. Arla verifies the food and takes a piece of paper. She then turns to address you.

"It would seem we could afford 5 days worth of food for you. This should be of some help. Also, I have a map of the Dawn Wood and its hunting trails here which should help you navigating the forest."

@ Grogg: Avente' recently became aware of the announcement at the town square which purports to Arla, the head priestess at the small shrine of Helia in town was looking for adventurers. As he ask around for more information, he learned that a small group of local adventurers had already made their way to the temple several minutes ago. Fearing he might miss his opportunity at a mission, he made his way with all haste towards the temple.

@ everyone else: As you were about to split the food the priestess brought you, you suddenly hear a commotion coming from where you entered the temple. Eventually, the source of the commotion become apparent to you as an elf wearing the brown robes of a mage bursts into the room with all haste, looking a bit out of breath, pursued by servants yelling "No, the priestess is busy, you cannot enter!"
