The ants enter the small entryway and into your little "killzone". The first one will attack Berryn and the second one will attack Romana around the wall corner.
One ant misses Berryn, but the other one manages to sneak in a little bite from around the corner on Romana's leg for 2 hp of damage.
If Netdraeth wants to act now, he can, otherwise it will be Woodroya's turn.

Netdraeth swings at the ant, managing a solid hit, but the ant's tough exoskeleton harmlessly absorbing a lot of that damage. He still manages to inflict 4 hp of damage to the red ant and net himself a Slayer Point.

Berryn takes aim at the nearby red ant, then moves to cover behind his melee companions.
My intention when I suggested shuffling the party around was to have the melee member's make a line across the door, allowing all three to target the lead ant (one directly, two diagonally), but allowing only one ant per round to make an attack against our party (since they'd be stacked in the hall), this would then also allow Romana and Berryn to shoot fire beams with minimal penalties. Seeing how that didn't work, I'll move Berryn behind Netdraeth, leaving a space for Romana to move to after her attack as well.

@ Mandroid: Berryn shoots his fire beam at the nearby red ant, aiming for a weak spot on its exoskeleton. The magical fire slips in right between some chitinous plates, singing the soft flesh underneath. Berryn earns himself a Slayer Point!

Conditions
The giant ants are Small creatures, and as such are at -2 to hit.
Do not forget to count a -1 per obstacle in the way (allies, enemies, walls, etc.) when performing ranged attacks.
