A quick peek through the door allows Netdraeth to see a small room full of personal belongings as if it was some sort of closet or locker room...

There wasn't really need of any Search check. Netdraeth will find many travelling clothes and cloaks, all rotted and moldy, falling apart in his grip. A various number of other personal belongings in various state of disrepair, a leather cup in good condition, and a small pouch containing 9 gold pieces (the pouch itself is partially moldy, but the gold pieces are very usable...).
