OOC:
The basic layout in front of you is a hill with them on one side near the bottom and you on the other, mid-way up. On both sides of the hills it's mainly plains with some hills here and there. Where the bandits are is flat land.Nov 17, 2017 8:54 pm
OOC:
jkl; do you want to ready a reaction, maybe? Say, if one comes in range you’ll attack?Nov 17, 2017 9:55 pm
The bandits suddenly find they are being advanced upon from two fronts and Jorrel decides that with their attention split, now is the time to pick up the pace. He heads directly for the lead bandit, sword held in a guard position in front, and murder in his eyes. Just as he’s almost on top of the man, Jorrel continues his thought from before,
"No, not a good day at all," and he swings his greatsword...

Edwin moves quickly, trying to get as close as possible to the bandits, trapping them between himself and Jorrel.
Moving and taking the Dash action to stop five feet from the bandits. Close enough that they would have to move out of Jorrel's reach to attack me.

Seeing that the pressure is off, May closes the distance, and holds down a bandit (1) between her and Jorrel. She makes a minute slash to his tricep and sinks a dagger in his side. She pulls back, satisfied, and readies herself for harrowing them another time.

A part of Jorrel, a very deep part, felt sympathy for these bandits; they were barely more than kids, desperate pathetic kids. But the rest of him was out for justice, and the hearrtache that these unfortunates had wrought more than justified their fate. He felt the familiar anger boiling up, infusing his muscles with a frantic energy. He could see his allies boxing them in and he knew the fight was over, they just didn’t know it yet.
Time for them to find out, he thought, swinging his sword round in a long wide strike from behind himself, aiming up under the arm of the one who hadn’t yet been injured...

I’m guessing that’s a miss, but I don’t know their AC. I’ll edit the post with the result when I know it.Last edited November 20, 2017 5:46 pm

May plunges both blades into Bandit 1. With a gasp, the life-light in his eyes goes out and he falls limp.

Jorrel, which Bandit are you attacking?Nov 20, 2017 8:52 pm
OOC:
I think one of them still hadn’t taken any damage? That one.Edit: Never mind, I read wrong. I’ll attack the one that isn’t between Jorrel and Edwin.

Since Edwin didn't state which one he moved near, we'll assume it is Bandit 2.Nov 21, 2017 3:52 am
OOC:
Just for reference: Jorrel is in the middle, to his right is a dead bandit. In front of him is a dead bandit. Behind that bandit is May. To Jorrel’s left is the last bandit. Behind him, but out of range is Edwin. Eris is at the top of the hill. Rolls
Attack - (1d20+3)
(17) + 3 = 20
Damage - (1d6+1)
(6) + 1 = 7
