Good day lads. We're here on urgent business from the capital. Seems old man Kashin was due a pile of ore for an order for the king and has yet to receive it. We're here to pick it up. Edwin says, seeing no real reason to obfuscate their purpose.

Well, we haven't had any deliveries for awhile. Had a few cave-ins in some tunnels. Have some men trapped too. Expect they'll be dug out in a few days. Right now we could let you through, maybe you could help.

Do you have a map for the tunnel routes? Something that could guide us to these men? We would also need to retrieve the ore once the men are safe. Turning to his partners.

I don't have a map, I'm just a guard. There are other, non-trapped people inside, they might have a map. Doubt it though, the dwarves know these tunnels pretty well.

I was about to say that it's lit fairly well now since we have more humans down their. The dwarves don't need much light though. If you're scared of spiders, i wouldn't go down. Sometimes they set up down there.

I wouldn't want to impose on the King's good will. There are three of us, however, we will help on our way to our quarry. Once there, we can determine how best to get the ore to Kashin and also help the miners. Edwin says after a moment of thought. At the mention of spiders, he smiles a bit. Cooked up in the right oil, they can be a very worthwhile snack. A bit crunchy.

Regardless let us proceed. I hide the fact that I’m somewhat annoyed that Edwin considers the Kings ore more important than the lives of the common folk.

You travel into the tunnel for a little while. You pass piles of rocks, mine carts, and pickaxes. Eventually, you come to a three way split in the tunnel. In front of you, you hear the sounds of pickaxes clanging against rock. To the right all you can hear is a slight wind. and to the left, it's deathly silent.

seems to b the logical decision, though if I were to guess I’d say the cave in is down that tunnel. Indicating the tunnel on the left.

Let's go forward for the time being. See what the miners can tell us of the other tunnels and see where there ore is. Edwin says, heading straight forward.
