NW becomes blue. NE becomes green. SE becomes yellow. SW becomes red.

So the first button swapped their positions(SE box 4th button) Then this one made them go counter clockwise.(NE - 2) . I move over now to the location of the NW box and press the 1st button. (NE - 1)

NW1=reset colors
NE2=CCW color rotation
SW3=CW color rotation
SE4=Swapped colors on diagonals
Anyone have any thoughts, given what we now know?

That is a good idea Kozma. We should check the other rooms, perhaps there are clues related to this one. I begin walking through this room into the next room.

Aye, we should check for that. Otherwise, we should stand by each box, and check each button. Get a full catalog of what they do. My cousin was always good at these blasted things, they never were something I enjoyed. Edwin grumbles, following Orrin.

the direction is the box# and the number is the button on the box that had a result...also pushed NE4 but it had no effect.

Right, Kozma scratches his head... so we think somethin may be in another room ya? Kozma pushes all the buttons on the SW Box as he exits the room not paying attention.
