Keleth's character is up. We can welcome Lars the rigger. He is driving the van remotely. He is in contact with everyone through comms.

Ok, here we go.

Frank "The Colonel" Myers is a 50 year old human UCAS military veteran where he served for 30 years before being dishonourably discharged for going rogue and revealing top secret material.During his decorated military career The Colonel participated in a number of wars and Black Ops as well as undertaking contract shadow ops.

The Colonel is a highly capable, expert and professional soldier. He is highly regimented and meticulous with his routine and training, attributing his survival to this character trait. However, during The Colonel's service as special forces and intelligence divisions, he was exposed to extreme situations and secrets that would have turned a milder man insane. The Colonel is only halfway to the loony bin and has devolved into something of a paranoid conspiracy theorist spending his days on conspiracy channels through the matrix whilst avoiding the ire of the Military.

When you think of The Colonel, think of Burt Gummer of Tremors or Marvin Boggs of RED. He is regimented yet unhinged and prone to unpredictability. Given his experience with Intelligence, he is also a gifted forger.

However, The Colonel is hardened, resistant to pain and is a natural killer proficient with almost any weapon or his bare hands. He is tough and not to be messed with and for this reason is a prized companion for Shadowrunning crews...until his paranoia pisses them off...

To make his character I chose the following priorities:
- Metatype = C (human (3))
- Attribute = B (20)
- Magic/Resonance = E (0)
- Skills = A (46/10)
- Resources = C (140,000Y)

I will submit my character sheet for review and also continue with his backstory.

Can I share a character sheet and edit it after it is shared?

I'd like to get the ball rolling on any review while I tidy up some sections like finalising gear.

So how does Frank know the runners? The obvious connection to me it he knows Greer.

I think a Greer connection would be awesome.

Greer's background is covert intelligence services for UCAS, and then multiple corps, before he was burned and had to go on the run. In human standards, Greer's pushing 80 so he's been in the field long enough to pilot programs that are the de-facto standard now.

Maybe we worked together on some op long long ago, or possibly on opposite sides. Whichever you think will be more interesting! it would be funny to have a couple.if grumpy old war vets now acting as runners to maintain their cyberhips, haha

Greer sounds like the perfect way in for The Colonel. Let me give it a little thought in terms of plot but I like that angle.

Almost finished the character sheet now.

Just the rolls for the final calculations are below.

The character sheet should be ready for GM review/approval if needed.

Hopefully I haven't missed anything.

EDIT: Starting Nguyen stuffed up so I took the 2D6 roll here and applied squatter rate and carried over $5,000 from starting finances.

(5) + 10 = 15

Astral Initiative - (2D6+8)

(33) + 8 = 14

Matrix AR Initiative - (1D6+10)

(3) + 10 = 13

Starting Nguyen - (2D6)

(55) = 10

Initiative is rolled whenever combat is encountered so the number will change each time. Just write the base number plus number of d6s you will get.

I'll try to make my character tonight. What's the party composition so far ? Anything in particular that could be a great help for the group ?

We have a decker and a face-ish character.

We probably need a mage or muscle, or possibly both!

So those are 3 runners concept I'd like to use so, if your group had a choice, who would you call:
1) a troll street sam (melee/heavy weapons),
2) a dwarven mystic adept (not an easy mage to kill first) or
3) an ork (or human) adept assassin (combat/infiltration) ?...

Wyvern would call 2 or 3, because she's much more into being sneaky than frontal assaults

Greer would probably call either 2 or 3 too, since he prefers violence as a last resort.
