Episode 2
Be sure to read and follow the guidelines for our forums.
I want to move on to Step 2, open up Base Initiative rolls tonight.
1. Action: Attack 1 of 2 against Uburatu (spoon)
2. Action (cont'd): Attack 2 of 2 against Uburatu (unarmed)
3. Bonus Action: Unarmed strike against Uburatu
4. Reaction: OA against Uburatu (spoon)
5. Movement: move 'x' feet to Uburatu's sword
6. Interact with Environment: Kick Uburatu's sword further away
Limited time, but I'm going to go back and remove Notes on all bad guys.
No further changes to Actions are authorized. DONTCHEAT! Ha!
I'm going to pause after that, hopefully get back on tonight late, and post example of a roll and layout for the bad guys. Template for everyone else to follow to set up their sequence numbers.
For the moment, put comments on Admin for now. Keep Ep 2 clean for next Phase.
Good luck!

J, not frustrated by the init method at all. But between still being on shaky ground mentally, and all this other shit to shovel, can't spare the headspace right now.
CB, you're a superstar! Here are my rolls. Without working out the math nor comparing with others' sequences, I'll take the 1.
Laying out a series below with some commentary.
Sorry for the intrusion, bro. This practice of DM edits of PC posts will NOT become a pattern. Only used reluctantly here so that I can keep my sanity on this Dark Thrones Initiative (DTI) invocation, which is a tidal wave on my mental capacity as well, bro.
BUT... with this roll you just sent in, I think it is going to be a phenomenal run for the PCs.

Iasu launches into action before anyone else. Thorn is on the ground being mauled by the dogs. Split seconds will make the difference between life and death.
Seeing Kray moving in his peripheral vision, Iasu commits entirely. He emerges from the shadows and loops around unseen past the closest dog. Crouching down he shoots an arm into the furious mob of teeth, takes a hold of Thorn right arm, and tries to get some leverage.
Iasu Movement to Thorn Complete. Begin Interact with Environment to grab Thorn.
Hound X Attack Thorn. Advantage by Pack Tactics and target Condition Unconscious.
Any hit is a Death Mark.
By this time, Kray is in motion. He shouts a call to action, to aide Thorn.
Iasu sees the arterial bleed at Thorn's left arm axillary. He grabs the unconscious Jeresian's armor plate at the left of his neck and heaves, trying to snatch the big warrior away in a quick pull. The dog though is still holding tightly, refusing to release its victim.
Thorn Restrained by HX Hit
Kray Movement complete.
Kray acts before Hound Z's Base Initiative. Activates Hound Z's trigger to Attack approaching threats.
Hound X releases Thorn. End Restrained Condition.
Iasu almost tips backwards as he heaves the heavy patient along the stone floor when the alpha dog releases, but the effort is enough to jerk Thorn out from the pile, and just in time to deny another fatal strike from the central hound.
Iasu Disengage Movement Begins. Thorn Moved away from Hound Y. Hound Y must Adjust to Battlefield since target is gone.
Hound Z selects Kray as target by Trigger and Attacks. Pack Tactics Advantage.
Hit requires DC 12 STR or DEX Save or be Restrained.

Thorn and Iasu now free, Kray reflexively held the line.
Line? A silent laugh on the inside as he heard a distant voice from two decades ago, when Kray was a child. One of his instructors, barking at him: "Form up your men, young Mercon." All too often his instructors were relentless, unforgiving, overbearing. Merciless, to say the least. "NOW young warlord! Force must be met with force, unyielding, unflinching, unwavering. Form a line!!"
Shadows flickered all around. Hounds snapping, growling, scrabbling and pawing at the stone floor for advantage, heavy jaws snapping. The smell of smoke and death filled the chamber.
He knew there was no line to form. It would have to do, or the Fates were waiting.
Come get dinner, filthy bitches.
Hound Z misses. Barely.
