So, I still have to determine the last of my knowledge points, some equipment other than his primary weapon and vehicle, contacts, and lifestlye (~5 BP left)... but I think I can participate in the combat while doing that at the same time, so as not to slow the game down. Sorry!

Panicked, already starting to breathe heavily, Felyx draws his taser gun from a holster by his belt with a shaking hand. He quickly gets behind a nearby stack of tires. He attempts to calm down, pointing the taser at whichever gangbanger is closest to him.

Took the Ready Weapon and Take Aim simple actions. How far away are these hoodlums away from Felyx? Matters for him because a taser's range is pretty short

Wakiza, it looks correct to me. One note: The increase to DV from the narrow burst doesn't apply when comparing it against their armor rating.

Looking at 16 DV for the first attack with 1 AP. The second attack doesn't hit him. Rolling Body + 5 for modified armor to resist damage.

Edit: 3 hits which reduces the damage to 13, which is still enough to take him out.

Wakiza's withering hail of bullets tears through one of the oncoming orks, dropping him to the ground before he even has a chance to respond or react. His companion, approaching close by, hesitates for a second before continuing to advance. One of the ones to the side snarls and yells, "You'll pay for that, you ugly swine!"

The Ork who yelled at Wakiza snaps his weapon up to his shoulder and walks forward, pauses for a second to get Wakiza in his sights and squeezes the trigger, snarling something in a language you don't understand.

Rolling the thug's Reaction... Ouch, 1 hit v. your 6. Your modified DV is WAAAY over his armor value! XD. He's rolling 13 dice v. your modified DV of 15. He got 3 hits on that, which reduces the DV to 12. Which is perfect...

Wakiza's hail of bullets fly through the air, tearing into the Ork that shot at him. The first couple bullets impact his vest but the vest quickly fails and the lead slams into his torso, spraying blood. The Ork croaks gasps at the impact and the pain before dropping to the ground, his limbs crashing limply into the dirt.

Ok, the remaining two thugs don't have anymore initiative passes, either. Wakiza has one more, it looks like. Starting initiative pass 3!

First one, then the other, takes a withering amount of fire, the bullets pinging and slamming into their cover, then through it and into their bodies. They both collapse under the assault, laying on the ground with blood seeping into the ground from their many wounds.

OOC:

Both those attacks are good enough that these guys aren't going to stand a chance. They're dead!

Soon, the only sounds present are the groans of the dying attackers. A young boy, rises from behind a pile of wooden pallets, apparently having witnessed the whole thing after diving for cover. He glances around the clearing and turns and runs, panting in fear.

Wak will take a quick look at the gangers for valuables, not taking a lot of time, even though he knows there are no cops on the way. After his quick searches he will head back to the car and say, "Okay Felyx, get us to Ife, so we can take a look at the Oni Estate. We need pictures and some idea of the security. Hell, maybe we get lucky and see Samuel." Basically acting like he didn't just gun down four idiots with assault rifles.

The only thing of value any of them have is their AK-97 weapon. Their armor is all shot up and their other gear is all second-hand or destroyed by the battle.
