When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Mantra starts slowly approaching the goblin camp in ghost-goblin-ancestor form and casts healing word on Petrev, pronouncing the verbal components of the spell loudly and for all to hear.

Petrev, slowly comes to, maintaining his position and shaming being out of the fight, tensing his grip on the dagger, he looks for an unaware target as well as looking for enemies close enough to be an immediate concern.
HP = 4

Petrev uses the ready action until a goblin presents its back to him and no other goblins are looking at him. Then he will attack from behind with the dagger. The athlete feat allows him to use minimal movememt to go from prone to standing. Do i get advantage for a surprise attack?HP = 4

Mantra still has an action if he wants to use it, as Healing Word is a bonus action.

The quality of Momo's greataxe isn't perfect, but the weight and balance still feel good enough for him to swing it all day. "If I never see another goblin, it'll be just fine with me." He steps towards the leader goblin and yells, "I hate you! DIE!"

The goblin leader jerks out of the path of Momo's swing and ripostes a sword-stroke.
The other goblin sneaks around behind Momo, unwittingly exposing its back to Petrev, who springs to his feet and coolly stabs it in the back.
Morgle's bow sings again, launching an arrow at the goblin leader, who is now the only remaining goblin.

The strength and ferocity within Momo faded almost instantly, and he fell to the ground. He tried to yell out curses at the goblins, but he had no energy for it. He closed his eyes embracing sleep...or death.
