I didn't want to say it, but I'm with Wil. He moves to the side of the children as he speaks, looking for any physical signs of what might have killed them.

Inspecting the dollhouse, in addition to the normal selection of rooms throughout the house, you notice a couple of secret doors. Ones in the 3rd floor suite and 3rd floor hallway leading to the same stairway to the attic, one in the library behind a bookshelf leading to a secret room, and one in the attic storage area leading to a spiral staircase that goes past the lower three floors and into the bottom of the dollhouse. 
While you he is inspected the dollhouse, Wil feels a cold wind pass through him. Moments later, a pair of small translosent figures appear beside Wil. A voice you recognize lets out a chastising call Stop messing with it! It's ours! Who are you!? Looking up, Wil meets the stern eyes of a young girl and behind her is a younger boy, no longer clutching his doll.

Looking at the girl, Wil points to the dollhouse and asks, When I was looking at your dollhouse, I noticed a couple secret doors that I thought were really cool. Can you point out to me any secrets I missed?

The girl shows you the library one, explaining that she's never been in there, and shows the spiral staircase door in the attic, saying that that is the way to the basement.

There are no stab wounds, Graymond thinks, but, given that they are skeletons, its rather hard to tell.

Baroth walks over to the kids and takes a knee right next to them, so he is looking at them at eye level. Hey. What happened to your baby sibling? I know you two got hungry but how can I help you? Baroth voice is as low and sweet as possible for a dragonborn.

Baby? Our nursemaid had a baby and we had a painting made with him but we haven't seen the baby or our maid after that. We were put up here right after. She says, sounding like she's having trouble remembering. He might be in the nursery.

She points to a room with a crib connected to a suite on the third floor. She says that the suite is where the nursemaid slept.
