Chapter 1: Into the Mists

Greymond lays the fragile cargo in the appropriately named tomb. Hopefully this is a better place to rest.

Ryn follows Baroth and Greymond into the tomb for Rose. "Rose we are going to put you to rest now. Will you finally be able to Rest In Peace?"

Ryn heaves a sigh of relief as Rose leaves."Goodbye children, may your rest be peaceful." turning to the others, "That’s one thing done, do we do find out the mysteries of this house? Maybe that chanting..."

Wil leaves his shortsword, trading it for this silvered one. He then walks back the way he came, using the rope for light, putting the bow away and drawing his new silvered sword. He reaches the others, notices their awe, and says, What did I miss?

Take care little one's sleep well. Baroth walks out to the hallway. Let's find that chanting like you said Ryn. Looking at will he says, Let's just say the kids are at rest. What did you find?

After walking out of the coffin room, Ryn noticed Wil. "Wil where did you get the sword? Did you find anything else?"

Baroth looks across the hallway to the doors of the mother and the father. Do you think that we should take a look in there? If we do just be very careful not to disturb anything. We don't want to piss off anymore spirits here. The Light from his shield making the area visable. The Fear from Thorn's spirit gone and Baroth is back to his normal self.

I only got to the one chest before I came back to find you all. Let's search the rest of them.

"To the one chest? Well this place seems just full of surprises. If there are more, let’s check those as well before we search for those sounds."

Agreed. Wil leads the group to the second room, then checks to see if he notices signs of any traps.

Wil attempts to pick the lock on the chest.

Wil will stash the brush in his pack, then move into the next room, and will pick the lock from the next chest.
