"let’s try to burn them then destroy this alter. Ryn is going to use the wooden coffer to hold the fire and look around for anything flammable that will burn.

You look around but don't find anything particularly flammable except the some of the items on the pedestals and the tattered robes of the old skeleton chained up in the prison area.

The chanting increases in volume and speed as Wil crosses the water to where Ryn is assembling the items. One must die! One must die! One must die! they chant, their voidlike faces staring intently at Baroth as he stands before the altar.

It seems like that they want something to die on the altar. You get a strong sense of 'or else' from their nearly frantic chanting. One must die! One must die! One must die!

Wil walks towards the door with the portcullis, a step behind that portcullis threshold, and draws his bow, just in case those apparitions try something.

Guys...... I am not liking this...... Standing there on the alter alone, Baroth is staring at these figures. Does anyone have a chicken that we can kill for these guys? His tone ment to be kind of a joke and serious at the same time.

Once Greymond drops the vial onto the pile, Ryn moves into the alter room. "Baroth, I hope you're not serious... Ryn turns to the chanting figures... "Oh shut up will you..." turning back to Baroth "how can you joke about supporting some sort of twisted blood ritual. I'm not taking part in any of it." Ryn pulls out his mace and looks towards the alter. "Now what exactly are we trying to do in here? Do we just want to smash it?"

Of course I am kidding Ryn. I don't think that it is such a good idea leaving this thing around. It is giving me a bad feeling. DO you want to smash the alter with me Ryn? Baroth stands there at the alter with his sword drawn and gets ready to attack it. The swoard is high over his head and is about to drop as soon as someone says that it is okay.
