@HypCo, reason I'm asking is that I have concept of mystic based "ninja" (Nomad). So if GM doesn't mind two mystics - I'd love to play this character :)

Perhaps Gundren, Nundro and Tharden can be a common tie that brings our party together?
Scalsclemski, can you tell us more about them? What line of work are they in? Are they compassionate do-gooders, hardhearted pragmatists, etc?

The Rockseeker brothers are your typical dwarven prospectors. They have been drawn to the Phandalin area because of an old legend of a cave Long lost. They are definitely good folk with a nose for treasure.

OK, gear "switching":
Mace (5gp) + 5gp -> Shortsword (10gp)
Scholar’s Pack (40 gp) -> Entertainer’s Pack (40 gp)
And I'd like switch Disguise Kit (25gp) + 10gp -> Lute (35gp)
And one Costume clothes (5gp) -> Traveler's clothes (2gp)
Do I get 3gp "change"? Even if not, I'm fine with empty wallet :D

I get a crowbar from both my class and background.
Rather than having two crowbars, may one be traded in for the 2 gp it costs?

What city or area are we starting in? I'm assuming the adventure is set on the Sword Coast.
