"Impressive ship mods, Jack. I like a ship with some care put into her." Warden finds an empty bunk, pushes on the mattress a couple times, and looks around at what could be his home for a bit. He sets what little belongings he has down next to the bunk.

Upon hearing Doc's questionnaire request, Warden nods and smiles. "I think my biggest intolerance would be the receiving end of blaster fire. Nasty stuff, that is."

"But seriously Doc, I don't have very many things you need to worry about. I'm actually pretty comfortable in colder weather, and the only think I'm allergic to is Grainmush. So I guess as long as you don't inject me with any of that, I should be good."

Warden pauses for another moment, wondering if he should share something else that came to his mind. He calls to Doc as he starts to move towards his quarters.

"Doc! Look, if I am ever under your scalpel, you might was well know... and be aware... I have some tattoos. Normally, they are associated with certain organizations around the galaxy. I'm no longer associating with them, and ...I just thought you might want to know."

Doc gives Warden a curious look before shrugging "That kind of thing doesn’t bother me any and I can assure you anything like that that I become aware of whilst you’re under my care would remain just between us." he half turns to carry on to his quarters before looking back at Warden "We all have our secrets and I think I’m pretty safe in saying no one on this ship will pry unduly as long as you afford them the same curtesy."

Bo makes her way back to the Horizon with a skip in her step. She is whistling through her strange Rodian mouth when she arrives at the ship. "We Weady to go?"

Bo ignores the man and sits in the galley and prepares for take off. She spins her new knife about and balances it on the back of her hand.

Looking more content than he has in quite some time, Jack gestures to Gav and makes the suggestion, "I think this would be a good opportunity for you to get a feel for how she flies."

Never thought you'd ask, let's see what she can do... Gav slides into the seat and whistles long and low as he takes in the control panel before him.

Mm hm. Send me those coordinates and we'll get it all lined up, don't you worry, Gav says as he begins flipping toggles and twisting knobs. His practiced hands blur across the dash as the controls light up one by one and a low whine fills the ship.

Anything else I need to know about 'er?

Warden finds a nice quiet corner of the ship to buckle down as the prep for launch. Once he is settled, he pulls out a folded piece of paper. He holds it in his hand for a moment, and begins to unfold it. But before he can open it entirely, he stops. Almost in a synchronized reversal of motion, he folds it back up and stores it again in his pocket.

The leather of Gav’s fingerless gloves creaks slightly as he wiggles his fingers then takes ahold of the controls, Easy now...

Doc has a moment of reminiscing before shaking his head Dones done he thinks to himself best move forward rather than dwelling about the past. He tries to busy himself with checking through his equipment but he can’t help but be left with the lingering feeling that maybe they’re leaving a few too many loose ends behind them....

Doc hears Wardens voice nearby.

"You seem preoccupied in your thoughts, Doc. Any problems? I'm willing to help were I can during the trip..."

Doc leans back as Warden talks and considers his words for a few moments before responding "It's nothing really. We've been moving at a pretty serious pace recently so we've not really had chance to catch our breaths. I'm also just working through what I think I'll need on this op, pretty much a safe bet that we'll need to engage in some 'energetic' negotiations if our new client is on the up and up and I like to make sure I've got everything I'll need to make sure everyone makes it back in one piece" he finishes with a slight smile.

"That's very comforting to hear, Doc. I'm used to 'energetic' negotiations, and I'm always a bit more ambitious when I know I've got a sick-bay and a prepared medic waiting for me."

Warden takes in a deep breath, and looks around him. "Seems like a good ship and a good crew! I look forward to see how we all perform together."

Shes everything you billed her as and more, I’d reckon. Fair to say we won’t have much trouble while we’re flyin’. Gav hoped he’d not eat those words later.

Gav toggles some controls on the dash and leans back, relaxed, as the ship takes over routine flight. Now, find some pirates, eh? he turns to the nav computer...
