After Dazzle's rapier strike, S2 is hurt bad, at 1/13. Alyx and Xella are up.

"Fine. Live first." Glaring down the fleeing necromancer, Xella, turns and slams her longsword into the closest skeleton.

Xella crunches the busted skeleton (S2), destroying it.

The necromancer withdraws, running 30' north getting about halfway toward the top of the cave.

The two skeletons continue to slash at Sorgrimm and Xella.

The disembodied claw hands spread out and each attack one of you. (Only Alyx is clawed for 3 damage).

Each of you may now act.

Balak can use a Disengage action, then move 25'.

Sorgrimm damages S3 for 8, but cannot use a Disengage action and also move, if I understand the rules correctly.

I disengage by stepping back and then launch magic missiles at the necromancer.

Xella and Walter are up. (Walter will take cue from the others and fire his crossbow at the fleeing wizard, hitting him for 4 damage.)
