The skellies continue to attack Sorgrimm and Xella, whole the claws also press their own attack. The necromancer flees at top speed, moving 60 feet away from the battle (he is now 70 feet from Balak, and a 95-100 feet from the rest of the party)

Balak runs up to the necromancer, then takes another hefty swing at him with the warhammer.

With a mighty sigh, Dazzle engages the closest skeleton he can get to, lunging with his rapier and pulling the blade sharply to the side in an attempt to sever its spine.

Sorry, Balak, I forgot to mention the necromancer was continuing to flee, I'll edit the post. He moves 60 feet farther, and is now about 70 feet from Balak before his action. Please feel free to retcon your action.
Dazzle's flimsy rapier somehow destroys skeleton S3.

I step back and disengage from the skeleton again. A release 3 more magic missiles at the necromancer.

As Balak runs, he drops his warhammer, runs up 25 feet (pulling out a javelin as he runs), then throws the javelin at the necromancer.

The Lord of Lance Rock stumbles as the Magic Missiles strike him in the back, but keeps his feet. Balak's javelin arcs in the air, and then just barely tags the necromancer, but tears open something important, and he collapses to the ground.

Great shot, he had exactly AC 11, and 6 hps after the MM.

Helm’s beard this is getting annoying. Unabke to effectively attack the fleeing Necromancer I continue to assault those in front of me.

If a skeleton is within reach I Attack them if not then the claw that is on me will do.

Walter fires at the skeleton Sorgrimm just hit but falls to inflict any damage.
