Xella misses the claw on her

Back by the cavern entrance, Walter stabs at the claw attacking him with a dagger, but misses.

I think that just leaves Balak who is 50 feet away from the epic claw battle.

He is helpless, so you can attack with Advantage and automatically critical. He also suffers 2 death check failures. I don't think you can too-much-damage kill him, but roll anyway.

Have you any energy from your patron that could be instilled upon our friend Walter. I’m afraid my attempt to stabilize him has not succeeded.

Yeah yeah, enough yapping and just heal the man. I walk over towards the necromancwr. If no one has tied him up I take rope from my pack and tie him up. Then after I am confident he is secured And gagged I attempt to stabilize him.

Walter's breathing settles and his eyes flicker open. He doesn't speak, but gratitude shines plainly in his eyes.

The necromancer stabilizes. Alyx finds only a dagger on him and some simple reagents for his spells.
