I don’t do Iniative in hard order like that. I basically roll geoup Iniative. The npcs fell next to each other so basically everyone can take there next action first come first serve. Once everyone has gone I will run the kobolds then the commoners then everyone can go first come first served.

If the rolls had come out differently and the kobolds were split by say Harold and Carl then it would theoretically go kobolds go, Harold and Carl first come first serve, the commoners go, then the rest would go first come first serve and back to the Kobolds. I’ve found that and the combination of me just rolling Iniative for everyone at one time has sped up combat a decent amount.

Short answer is you are up and you may go at anytime you are ready!

Sorry...drinking...I meant drop some role play dialogue to further discuss or just confirm you want to move on to the keep. Ultimately I need a direction you guys are heading and I suppose splitting up is an option if you guys don’t agree.

All good ...nice crit but as an FYI for crits I just double the rolled dice and add the modifiers. That way extra rolls don’t need to be made.

Have we lost a few players? Thorndyke hasn’t posted since 18 March, Varl since 21 March and Oraten since 29 March. Well the latter may be an Easter thing.

Sorry, I've had a very unexpectedly busy few days.

Jabberwacky and Fluglichkeiten have both been inactive on the site for over 2 weeks so I am going to move forward with replacing them...I will work the new characters in as organically as possible.

Hey all, I see many familiar names. Glad to be playing with you all.

I started playing this adventure a year a go or so, with a Warlock-acolyte turned Paladin, but a bunch of players dropped and the game just fell apart. We didn't get very far at all, so hoping to see more of it.

Now that i am done, where or how do i submit character mr gm type person?
