Time to get a move on, yes? I pack my things and cover the embers with dirt.

Before we leave, I try to resurrect as many plants as I can with druidcraft.

As you try to recover the area it seems as though you've done as much as you can with your power. There seems to be residue left over by whatever was being practiced here that doesn't seem to go away with ease

We must talk about the evil here. While on watch I sensed something beyond the thing that we slayed. I don't know what it was, but it couldn't have been too far off.
Mar 20, 2018 6:33 pm
Can you sense what direction it is coming from? Maybe its just residue from whatever ceremony he was trying to perform.
Mar 20, 2018 10:01 pm
There was too much all around from the other guy, all I could sense is there was another layer, another being. By the morning it was mostly gone, meaning whatever it was is also gone. We have to be careful, there is much evil in the area.

Indeed. For now we can’t do anything. We should move cautiously to our destination.

In awhile you approach a massive mountain range, which Elon and Leif would know as the Thulon mountain range. . The grandeur of the Thulon Mountains is quite a sight. The mountains are much more jagged and knife like than any other mountain range youve had the chance to come across. The peaking stone jutts like daggers towards the sky. Some say the mountains were a result of an ancient battle between pantheon long forgotten to this world and time. The tan and dark brown of the mountains shines in its splendor as a cool midday sun radiates overhead the range. An arch goes over the top of a valley like opening through the middle of the mountain range. This is a man made pathway developed many years ago by a mining contingent from Rock's Haven. The tracks youve been following seem to split at this point. Some head towards the middle pathway while some seem to jut off to the right

I check the tracks to see which seem more fresh.

My schoolbooks did not do this place justice. What a beautiful sight. Looks around a bit. Wonder which way we should go? It can't be as easy as going down this main path would it?
Mar 22, 2018 7:30 pm
They both appear to be from the same time meaning whoever had made these tracks had split up on purpose. It looks like the path diverting right was setting up to flank something ahead of you guys
Mar 22, 2018 8:08 pm
Hmmm, the path to the right seems secondary. Perhaps we should follow the main tracks bearing left. Thoughts?
Mar 23, 2018 11:55 am
Im fine with that, though perhaps if this group thought flanking was best, perhaps one of us should as well. I volunteer if that’s what we agree to.

I don't think splitting ever works out well from most the stories I've read. If you truly believe it's the right move I'll support it, but do try to stay near in case we run into another one of the dark mages.

I can’t say I am in favor of blindly splitting the group either. But to be fair. I’m not anyone’s boss here. My vote, if we are voting, is to stay together.
Mar 24, 2018 3:41 pm
Together is fine, since we are so few.
Mar 25, 2018 12:11 pm
You get close and you can tell from the footprints there are some signs of struggle. The ground in between the mountain range is littered with dried splotches of blood. Some areas still feature some wet spots because of how much pooled in places but you could surmise someone or something died here by the amount of blood loss
Mar 25, 2018 2:57 pm
Be at the ready folks. Whatever died here was killed by something or someone. Let’s makenaure we are not next. Lief readies
His weapons.
Mar 25, 2018 3:35 pm
Let us go. But be wary we are not the next victims. I continue forward.
