Wec'eris'oaqhoi (Eris for short) is now submitted. Background for her is as follows:
Eris is a lost soul, she was found as a child in the wreckage of an unknown type of vessel close to the Unknown Regions. Not knowing her race or people she was placed into an Imperial orphanage and was quickly lost in the system. Being the only person of her kind she quickly learned to fend for herself, the other children in the system sticking together by race.
Her natural talents with computers went largely unnoticed by the facility administrators as they were primarily focused on the wellbeing of the human children coming through, her talent in this area meant she could work the system in her benefit and soon found the information she could find on the others in the facility came in useful to get people to do what she wanted but other than this she had very little interaction with anyone else during these years.
Life soon settled into a comfortable routine. Being so far beneath the notice of anyone else she was able to use her slicing skills to slip out of the facility into the nearby city and she would do so often, always finding a way to steal a bit of food and locate an out of the way public holoterminal that she could jack into. Over time she found certain hidden areas of the public holonet that would contain information and news that were not in the public broadcast s, information about Imperial atrocities and attacks on planets. Finding this fascinating she began to dig deeper and deeper into hidden networks until one day she dug too deep into some Imperial research records.
Tagged and with a warrant out for her arrest she turned to a member of a local criminal syndicate to try and get smuggled off world. In the meeting she shocked him with the amount of information she had gleaned about him from various networks and also her quite blunt demeanor - she made him an offer, get her off planet and as far away from this region of space and she would give him a data file with info on a number of his enemies in addition to several highly placed Imperial personnel within the sector. Seeing the value of having this information he agreed and arranged passage for Eris. She's spent the last few years working for one shady figure or another finding herself increasingly under the thumb of the syndicate, a situation she is now looking to extricate herself from…..
Hope that works as a good fit - I took an extra 5 obligation (for XP) putting her at 10 in total (assuming we're starting at 5 for the group size)
