We're now just waiting for WarDomo who has some IRL issues to deal with, so I'll update the situation and prompt your actions shortly.

Loose Ends and Situation Summary

After a search of the flea market, you followed a random passerby into the auction site. This person is of no obvious importance and is cavorting with the other auction attendees in the outer area. You all passed through the outer area into the auction room, and then into the store room.

In the store room, the guard there told you that you were not welcome (albeit in mock-Russian) and you responded by storming the store room and subduing the guard.

Meanwhile, Katyushka has declared war on three approaching cars in the alley. The cars' eight passengers have spilled out and are about to come through the door in the middle room, i.e., the auction room. Seth has discerned that of the cars' passengers, the Fat Man carrying a hardcase is from Ruk.

Also, it is apparent to at least one person in the party that the other (ten) auction attendees near the donut table are slapping leather - it is likely that they perceive you to be attempting to steal the auction items.

Duke is before everyone, then the Fat Man, then Seth, Micah, and Katyu.
Initiative Order
Duke
Fat Man from Ruk
Seth, Micah, Katyu, and Vinny.
10 auction attendees
7 car-thugs

Vinny Initiative - (1d20)

OOC:
Unsure if it's possible but I'll post up what I'd like to do and see, going to try and wait until the Fat Man entered and then do my action.
Duke thinks about the man outside thinking it's their new query he looks to the doorway for when it's opened and the portly man walks through. His hand is already up as he focuses to change reality around the new comer.
OOC:
Attempting Exception once I see the target come in with effort to the attack roll.

Rolls

Exception with effort to the attack (1+3-2 Int) - (1d20)

(17) = 17

Apr 30, 2018 7:42 pm
The Fat Man rushes in, gun in hand. He is immediately struck by Duke's obscure attack. (A rolled 17 grants +1 damage, so 5 damage in total.)

The Fat Man slams backwards into the wall, the heavy case slamming to the side. He recovers quickly and fires a short burst from his automatic pistol back at Duke is stunned by the attack, losing his action this round.

Duke: Speed Defense roll, please, and the other four of you can act as mooks pile in from both the outer area and from the alleyway door.
Apr 30, 2018 7:50 pm
Seth has his contextualizer ready, and throws it at the Fat man from the side, as he had made sure to try to surround the fat man when he entered.
OOC:
I have a spare XP-can I reroll that?

Yup, 1 xp for a re-roll.

OOC:
Is he actually from Ruk? If so he also loose his action due to not being a native to the recursion... Can we say it was the Memes if it works?

The Contextualizer explodes and while the fat man is unaffected, his hard case contracts as if a vacuum were created within. He is baffled by the turn of events and tries to hold the case up to examine it but is stunned by Duke's attack.

Good call. Editing response, no Speed a defense required.

Watching the events unfold, Micah smiles at the chaos, then leaps up onto the tables and runs over to the Fat Man to rip the case out of his hands.
OOC:
Micah is trained in Balancing and Careful Movement, which may apply if he needs to make a roll, here. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it all the way to the guy and act this turn. Let me know what to roll if a roll is required this turn.
May 2, 2018 4:20 am
Sure, make a balancing check and a speed attack.

OOC:
Gonna state my action here since I am on. Don't to hold u while you all wait.
Seeing the impending onslaught against her team Katyu fire a loud shot at the one closest to reaching the door.
"Where do ypou think you going. Stay out herre and fight." She says to herself as no one is around to hear her.
OOC:
6 damage.

Seth and Vinny are also up, no need to wait for a particular order amongst yourselves.
