Okay, I definitely missed the 6-hour schedule thing! However, I was going by Arina's mention of us needing a way to contact Tinwe and Ryestro. My takeaway from that was that the mages didn't yet know that we had split.

At any rate, we do need to get moving. What do we do when we need to reach a decision and some players simply haven't weighed in?

I'll skip my long rest if I have to, I just want to be back with the main group.

Okay, if the main group chooses to travel by plants, we could be at Fort Naleth more or less instantly, I think. @Arina, how far are Tinwe and Ryestro from Fort Naleth?

They are miles away. 4 days' travel.

I'm really sorry for holding you guys up, I'm absolutely tuckered out after physics exam today. I'll definitely get a long post up tomorrow though; I have no exams then. It'll be going up in the morning (my time, GMT that is) rather than the evening, as I'll be out at a concert all night with a friend.

Did he beat the 20 or was the check lost within the waves? I'm fine with playing it out how it is but, unless he did beat the 20, I request my portent "back" since it wasn't used.

Feel free to describe the interaction with the magic user yourself. I'm more just trying to provide you with the means of getting back to the fort. I'll let you decide who spots whom first. You can describe the interaction in your post :)

If Ryestro stays hidden from the magic user then he won't make it back to the fort. That is up to you :)

Arina, is there something you are waiting on from Tinwe and Kuz? I think when they walked into the anti-magic zone to look for the bugs, they expected to be given something to react to, but if you need them to post what they're up to, it might be a good idea to give them a heads-up.

Okay, I gather this game has been abandoned? Or is it common for play by post games to stop for a month without warning? This is my first time, so I don't know how normal this is.

Arina was going on a huge vacation and had posted in the Absences thread and somewhere else. I thought they'd be back a week or two ago, but I don't remember when the vacation was finished. :)

Posted on July 29... So I'm assuming them back somewhere next week or the week after:-)

I am actually back. Just getting re-settled. Will hopefully have the game up and running soon. I am really glad that you are still interested in playing!

I was unaware of any Absences thread. This level 15 game is the only one on the site that I'm involved in, so I didn't see any posts about the vacation, other than one off-handed mention of it in the game thread. All this time, I honestly figured that we were pretty much done!

Sorry about that. I made a post in the LFG thread. At least I hope I did. The trip was awesome. New semester starts on Monday, so I have a bit of preperation to do. Will get the game up and running as soon as I can, hopefully sometime next week.
