Remnant Session 1: Tickings out of the Blue

Fighting a tireless machine took it's toll and Maximaino feels the large creature lurch forward and latch onto him surprisingly with speed for a change he finds he is picked him up and slammed down tot he ground, a sudden burst of light and sound erupt from the creature's mouth disorienting him before he finally breaks free feeling several cuts and bites on him as he shakes free from the dizzy and sleepy sensations of the attack wondering what just happened.

Augusting times his attack now with experience splattering blue goo spraying about as he hacks at the small creature. Xadra and companion use tactics getting in another shot on the larger creature getting a screech out of it before it surprises her when it swivels around and it's carapace vibrates and something stabs into her at a distance.

Dunwick's words gain power and heal Augustin's wounds. His hand he realizes is wet and looks down to see his arm bleeding, a smaller creature although badly wounded still deadly.

Maximaino's attack tries to dig through the carapace's weakpoints but two large scythelike appendages bat him away before he can lean in for a killing blow.

Augustin rushed past Maximiano with sword and shield in hand moving towards the larger creature. he watched it's head flick to him as he tries to flank the creature and it's mouth opens. Augustin squints in the bright light and feels the weight of his body free up as he tries to see through the intense light and sees just the sky. Everything goes dark rapidly and you feel pain. You get up mostly okay but unsure if you possible just broke a rib or three, on shaky legs you realize you've been knocked into a tent that was being setup as you smack it off of you readying your weapon and shield. Trying to clear the numb sleepy feeling you focus on the beast watching it suddenly slam it's front scythe like talons into the ground before belting out a earth shattering screech. You feel a little wobbly on your legs and wipe your ear see blood.
