I approach the gentlemen talking about the pelt. I might be interested in this wolf pelt, tell me more, good sirs. Perhaps I might be your purchaser with a little more info.

If it's the 5000 we were given for equipment then I have very little left. I need to go back and figure out how much I spent so I can mark it on my char sheet. Also, I can skip hunting for more work and checking the market since this isn't our destination anyways. I'm done for the evening.

@Salvadore: one of the men gives the other a sharp glance. Good day to ye m'lord. We don' actually have it yet. But if you'd be so kind as ta give us ye name then we'll happily sell it to ye. What would ya like ta know?
May 15, 2018 1:40 pm
My name is Salvadore Ignatius Archibald Addington the third. Please, inform me as to the quality of these furs. Location is important in quality, you know.

Ah, we'll let ye know once we hunt it. It shouldn't take us too long. The beasts sometimes roam down from Snowtop, the solitary mountain to the East. They're rare though.

The conversation ends there and you all retire for the evening. You sleep well. The rooms are not well furnished but they are clean and free from bed bugs and rsts which plague the city's inns.

You wake up and head down for breakfast, remembering the conversation you over heard last night.

Do you wish to continue towards Snowden or hunt some winter wolves?

OOC:
Personally I don't care either way.
Araaz wakes the early next morning without a headache, having only had a single ale the night before. He rises and stretches restfully before looking around to see who is awake. He attempts to quietly leave the room without waking anyone as he heads outside to an open and clear field or space and begins his morning exercises. After a short while he returns, bathes, and goes dpwnstairs for breakfast.

I awaken in the morning feeling great, as Salvador dose not partake in alcohol. Well gentlemen, what are the plans for today?
May 18, 2018 1:04 am
As the others wake up and come downstairs, Cailean is already sitting in the tavern, a pint in front of him and a pile of sausages and eggs half eaten on his plate. "Well now its about time you lot woke up, tuck in and get a good bite. Not sure if this sausage once said moo, oink, or neigh, but whatever kinda meat it is, its not that bad... "
May 18, 2018 2:10 am
"Right you are Cail! These eggs are fantastic too!" Araaz says as he digs into his meal. "So what is today's plan? Onward to Snowsden?"
May 18, 2018 2:07 pm
I sit with the others, but do not partake in any meat dishes, preferring a variety of fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms, if available.

Everyone wakes at dawn as Aaraz attempts to sneak out of the common room are foiled as he accident kicks several of you. A few curses later and you're all up and about.
OOC:
As no one seems to interested in hunting the wolves I'm going to move us all to Snowden.
You saddle your mounts and head off. The weather is unseasonably hot. This late in the year the rains usually come but the sky is a beautiful sky blue and there's not a cloud in the sky. You travel for several more hours before the vegetation starts to look a little unhealthy. The edges of the leaves look a little dry and by the time it gets to late afternoon you spot your first skeleton trees. This must be the edge of the desert you summize as the road has been following pasure for the past few hours and while the fencing still remains, the grass has mostly died away to be replaced by hot dry earth. As it is getting late in the afternoon you could either push on towards Snowden and probably make it shortly after dark or you could make camp for the evening.

What do you do?
May 19, 2018 1:48 pm
"Let us push on into the night, I do not like to look of the area. I shall guide us through the night" Wulfram urges his companions to not linger in this forsaken area.
OOC:
Perception check to see if there is anything that looks out of place in this desolate area - maybe some lone vegetation or something that would alter me of danger - footprints adventure gear - creature remains - animal noises etc

How many of us can see in the dark? Araaz can. Wulfram can (I think natural and magical right?) as long as a few of us can then I'm fine with pushing on. Otherwise we should prob make camp here.
"I will leave that decision up to those who can't see in the dark, eh Cail?" Araaz says, riding close to Caileen and elbowing him good-naturedly.
OOC:
Caileen is human right?
May 19, 2018 6:47 pm
Moving on is a wise choice. We have torches and can help with the issue of not seeing. Better for many to be in a bed, not under the desert trees. Baerkohm says firmly, pulling a torch from his pack, but not yet lighting it.
May 19, 2018 8:49 pm
Cailean does a barrel roll on his broom over the others and taps his forehead. "Ifin ya made yer own booze instead of buying it from others, yed have the coin fer some nice things. So if ya want I can tell ya where ta put those bloody torches. "
OOC:
Cailean is human but has goggles to see in the dark

It looks like we are going to push on to Snowden. However, I would like to know if you plan to light any torches.
May 20, 2018 2:03 pm
OOC:
Wulfram has devils sight so he can see just fine up to 120 feet. I suggest no torches - also Arina did I get anything from perception check?
May 20, 2018 9:43 pm
OOC:
Just wait a moment. I haven't used it yet.
