on September 13 you said we had a surprise round so Bartholomew advanced 30’. On initiative he dashed 60’ so should be next to where the red guy was. Oh, if combat is over it doesn’t matter.

def didn’t matter because combat is over but Bart had only had one turn so far (the surprise round) the 60’ of movement was associated with that. Your teammates annihilated the 3 humanoids outside the mill before you got a second turn.

I posted twice... surprise then initiative round. Both were movement. I normally play you can’t dash in a surprise round (but that may be Pathfinder). So I moved 90’. #justsaying.

Must be a pathfinder thing, surprise round is a normal round just only those not "surprised" take a go...but your second post didn't matter as you weren't up in initiative yet, either way #noworries

Harold indicates with an arm motion to get his companions to stealth up.

He begins to sneak forward, then tries to find a means of peering into the mill to see why the stone is still turning, and to see if anyone is inside the mill.

All the doors and windows are closed so you can't see anything inside the building. The only noise you hear is that of the mill turning.

I understand I've been holding everyone back recently, and I thought I was back for a moment when I really wasn't, but I'm here now for sure. That just felt cold that you subbed in for me only 2 hours after the most recent post.
The Ranger meticulously watches his steps as he draws closer to the mill.

Windows are not glass but the kind that close with like wooden mini doors. If that makes sense...there appears to be a window up on a second level, perhaps a loft but it is closed and you will need to open it up to look inside.
