Barry seems more open now than he was a breakfast, "I wander around a deserted castle during a thunderstorm. In the distance, a clock repeatedly struck midnight, and he could hear monstrous beasts stalking the corridors, their silhouettes cast upon the walls."

Edmund jumps in, "I was chased by a shadowy figure down endlessly recurring corridors. They led back on themselves. When I caught up with the figure, it vanished and I was lost."

Thorne nods, scribbling notes, "This might be related to your memory of chasing the burglar. I think your opinion that you won't be cured reflects this, hence no way out. I think we'll have a session tomorrow and try to manipulate the dream to create an exit."

Everyone is quiet and only Charlie and Celia haven't yet spoken. Seeing the attention is mostly on her, she snaps abruptly, "My staircase was all wrong. My friends didn't meet me in the chamber. the way down was blocked." She looks stressed and agitated.

Karabekian's bile rises as the image from his dream of Celia's severed head in the hand of the monstrous nurse floats up to vivid recollection. He debates sharing it with the group, decides against it. Perhaps he'll talk privately with the doctor.

"No Marc, it was Corbitt, or his corpse. I think it was some kind of spell that made it so real so I'm looking for anything in my room. Runes, sheets with spells, talisman, anything."

Barry is happy to engage Karabekian in conversation, especially about Gothic fiction. He is clearly a fan of Poe though does not rate Stoker highly, describing him as a hack. He seems a lot brighter of temperment and far less agitated than he did last evening.
