What the hell is happening with these spiders?

"Spiders? Spiders! There was..a..oh my God," he touches the bandage over the bite.

"Yeah, it about ate your head off, until I punched it and drew it's attention. What are you dabbling with here?"

"Dabbling with? Why nothing, I have no idea what's happening."

Larry walks over next to the good doctor and leans in close to his ear, so close he can feel his breath on his skin...

Larry takes a step back, "I think it's full disclosure time here doc, the girl that first complained about the spiders, what is her story and leave nothing out." Larry taps his gun for emphasis and watches to see if he is lying.

Thorne looks confused then pain crosses his face, he clutches his chest. He gets up and leans over the desk, screaming in pain. He jolts backwards and his stomach bursts open, several small spiders fly out across the room, scattering in all directions. The remains of Dr Thorne collapses to the ground in a puddle of blood.

Try as he might to convince himself it's all a dream, what he is witnessing makes Karabekian's skin crawl.
