Erden transports himself up the stairs and sends fire lancing towards the rats down below. The angle is awkward though, and the firebolt misses the rats after glancing off the wall of the narrow stairway. The rats surge upward towards him.
The rat god focuses all its malevolence on the mighty half-orc that has it pinned down. With a rake of its filthy claws, the avrunan god of pestilence infects Baracus with raging fever. He can feel his muscles begin to tremble and weaken.
Contagion spell. Baracus is infected with Filth Fever (disadvantage on Strength Checks, Strength Saves, and attack rolls that use Strength.)
The portal diminishes, hardly large enough for a man to fit through. Glancing up, Baracus glimpses Urban and Rydler tumbling in a dark void. Something terrible and ravenous lurks there. Something far more horrible than this puny rat god.
Urban and Rydler: you cling together in the cold void. The portal closes, but there is hope yet. If you can just reach it!
Roll WIS or CHA save, your choice, but sell it to me through the description. How are you making your way back to your friends?
Your physical bodies seem unable to affect your surroundings, so no Movement this turn.
