I love how we clearly all log on around the same times every day.

If you're not aware you can leave private notes in your messages for people (as opposed to sending PMs) which is helpful when going back and reading through the story.

You can use the little 'Note' icon on the far right.

Yes. Although I may need to do some digging since I'm not sure what that entails quite yet.

Yes, everyone is level 2, also I was like, "I can see all of the notes...these aren't private." Then I realized I'm the GM, of course I can see all the notes.

I think Ütés is good to go (easy enough for a fighter it appears, add some HP, and the Action Surge feat).

How are we doing hit points at level up? Roll it? Take the average (as listed in PHB)? Or roll, and have that average be the minimum?

I just added the average plus CON, but can change if we decide to do it some other way.

I say either you can roll for it, or take the average. Not a mix of he two. All depends on how much you like to gamble, or play it safe.

I'm gonna play it safe, but I will make a roll, just to see what I would have gotten :)
