Ok, serious question. With this character, I kind of have a philosophy with him which might hinder gameplay. I see Rand sort of like a medic or doctor in that if he can save a life he will.

But I'm not oblivious that this will slow down gameplay especially dungeon crawling. Did you guys want me to drop this aspect for the sake of the game(which I can agree with) or let me play the character and see where this takes us?

Is Toe still off the map, by the way ? And Kija, she's definitely out, I take it... DM, what about getting somebody else into the game, whatcha think ? Time to recruit new blood ? You do this sort of thing, usually ?

I'm okay either way, just concerned our group will thin out and therewith our chances of survival (I do seem to recall this is a tough campaign, right?).

Toe is finishing up a doctorate, and was pretty stressed out. He'll be back. As for recruiting a new player, there are good times for new people to come in, and one will come up RELATIVELY soon, but it's not time yet. Fear not, my friends!
