02 Hunting Gobbos!

"Ugh, this slaughter is interfering with my magic. Here, take this instead," and she hands Pomin a small vial of liquid with a slight gold sheen to it.

As you are all begining to tend to your injuries you beging to hear a low groaning coming from your goblin 'guest'. It appears to be waking up....

"Quick put on your best dark flunky mercenary face." Pomin states before notching an arrow and aiming at the goblin quite visibly for when he wakes up fully. "The play is Matriach is suspected of a double cross here to make sure everything's on the up and up... we're here. Doesn't look good when they attack us but makes sense... if they're hiding something. Also dibs on their arrows... they really hurt." he mutters as the wheel spin in his little head.

"Good choice." Stowing the swords Khurza gets ready for another interrogation, cracking her knuckles and clearing her mind from that odd distraction. "Wake up." She nudges their prisoner with her axe pommel.

As Khurza nudges the goblin it makes a grunting sound and then opens it's eyes. It's brief confused expresion is replaced by one of terror as it starts to scream "AARGHHHYOUNOKILLME!!!!!"

"That's entirely up to you friend my associate here can very much do so, I don't want to get dirty though and we're here since our employer has suspicions about your matriarch or some of her underlings, they're going to muck up the deal but nothing personal... I'd answer the lady myself if you like your head being attached." Pomin stats backing up and giving Khurza room to talk or swing as she sees fit.

"Where'd you get these?" Khurza asks in an even tone, planting one of the blades in front of the squirming captive.

The goblins shrieking stops abruptly as it's eyes frantically dart between Pomin and Khurza.

She raises an eyebrow. "Well...?"

The goblin casts a wide eyed glance back and forth between Pomin and Khurza, a puddle rapidly forming around it. After a moment it seems to calm down a touch and starts talking "Long beard brought them for Great Muklack. Was payment. Are ours" it says as it starts to reach for the blade in Khurza's hand before thinking better of it.

"You think he knows what happened to Mukmik and those goblins with him?" Pomin asks Krurza.

Khurza reflexively moves the blade away, eyes cast downwards as she listens to Pomin. "Perhaps, they ought to know something." She stares back at their captive. "Goblins have been raiding boats around here, why? And who is this Long beard?"

The goblin frowns for a moment, seeming to be thinking really hard. "We attack 'boats'" it says boats as if the word isn't familiar to it "to take shineys. Make people stop using 'boat'. Attack ones Great Mucklack tells us to, not sure why she decides which to leave. Long beard has....erm....long beard" it makes a gesture from its face down to just below it's waist.

"Long Beard fellow, not as tall as a human but twice as wide? Ruddy skin tone?" Pomin asks moving his hands at the dimensions he's implying to see if the Goblin doesn't know what a dwarf is.

The goblin smiles and nods vigorously

"What we going to do with him Boss lady? He seems to know about Sir Longbeard the Dwarf do you think he knows about 'the plan'?" Pomin offers up asking Khurza what she thinks.

"We could kill him." Khurza answers maliciously with a toothy grin, but it fades quickly. "Maybe not. We could use him, for intel, and what's the word? Test-I-mony?"

The goblin casts a frantic look back and forth between Pomin and Khurza "Me not know about plan, me know nothing! No kill MEEEEEE!!!!" it starts wailing again
