Sehriya does not sleep, but continues to drift about the place, humming softly to herself. Every so often snippets of words are heard in the song, whispers of an Elvish lullaby.

Alalla finds her thoughts drifting as the song continues.

It takes Alalla a moment to notice that the song has stopped. But then, the hairs on the back of her neck begin to rise, and she knows that something is wrong. Too late, she senses another presence in the room.
A bone hook pierces through Alalla's shoulder, hooking beneath her collarbone and hauling her out of her seat and into the air (Alalla takes 24 piercing damage and is grappled). A clear view of whatever has her is impaired by her vision, but still she is barely able to twist away from a second hook that cuts the air near her.
A moment later, the commotion wakes the rest of the party, and they wake to see an awful sight.
The creature... Made entirely of gnarled, twisted bone, it scrabbles along the wall just above Alalla's head, one long limb hanging low to drag Alalla ever higher to the ceiling above. With terrible speed, it pulls her up into the darkness of the rafters.
Near Fergy, Sehriya giggles to herself. "Mommy always comes back."

Al drops her glaive and reaches for her sword. A bit of fumbling later and she has it gripped safely and lit. She takes her best guess of the monster's location based on the hook running her through, and stabs up into the air. A scream of pain rewards her efforts.
Mommy takes 35 slashing and 26 fire damage, 61 total.

Suddenly, Ras has an idea. A crazy idea. Possibly a Fergy-level crazy idea. He closes his eyes, whispering, and then opens his hands up toward the monster. "Attack!" he yells, as swarms of ravens appear out of nowhere, flying straight at Big Mama.
Ras uses Conjure Animals to summon 8 swarms of ravens

The bone creature chatters with teeth malformed enough to look like mandibles as Alalla pounds away at it with her fire sword. It rips its clawed hook free from her and drives it down hard to separate her head from her shoulders - but suddenly Erevain is there, deflecting the blow enough with his shield that it instead scrapes along her side.
The creature moves fast, skittering about unpredictably on too many legs. With terrible strength it slams against Erevain and launches him from the rafter beam. The elf hits the ground with a thud, the wind knocked from his body (Erevain takes a total of 55 damage). A moment later Alalla's body follows, the half-orc sporting yet another gruesome slice along her stomach (Alalla takes a total of 60 damage - leaving her at 1 hp due to half-orc). Nearby lies her sword, the magical fires guttering out.
Fergy's two claims - one of friendship and one of malice - are met with sudden silence. Then Sehriya happily skips through the illusion. "See, Mommy? My friend Fergy plays the funniest games!" She zips around the room, humming happily to herself.
The creature drops from the ceiling between Fergy and Ras, glaring malevolently at first one, then the other. Then it explodes, filling the air with choking particles of bone dust (Fergy and Ras each take 17 necrotic damage). A moment later, the dust vanishes.
A creak of wood from above indicates that the creature is now up there once more, reformed. One of Zenithral's arrows finds its mark, and Zenithral knows the creature's sight has succumbed to his shadow magic.
Choking through the bone dust, Ras tries to summon swarms of birds, he feels the enchantment over the Hand stir violently, much like a guard dog roused from its slumber. Remembering Zenithral's story of trying to summon Fluphy within this terrible place, the small gnome realizes he has a choice... continue this conjuration magic with unknowable consequences, or try something else instead.

Ras kind of also gets 2 turns, depending on what he decides. If he DOES cast Conjure Animals... well, when Zen cast a level 1 spell to summon Fluphy, it broke Sehanine Tower. But it's his choice!
Mommy is blind this turn, so granting advantage for ranged attacks. But also Dodging this round, so negating that advantage ;) Still enjoying 3/4 cover from ranged attacks (which makes her AC 21 for ranged attacks.
As it shrieks Alalla pulls her handaxes from her belt and sends them after her glaive. Each hits with a thud of bone, despite her blood-slick hands.
Mommy takes 45 damage.

Bad idea.
The minuscule teleportation works, but the place's protections protest. Zenithral's bow blasts him off his feet leaving him dazed and sputtering. (Zenithral is stunned for 1 round, meaning he's is incapacitated, can't move, can speak only falteringly, automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws, and attack rolls against the creature have advantage.
