It’s a full days travel from where you are to reach the Well. You will reach it after sunset if you decide to march straight through...so you can 1) march 8 hours and reach your destination after nightfall
Or
2) March until sunset, rest, then finish the travel and reach the Well by early morning the next day

Definitely option two. While resting in the cold like this is dangerous, I prefer to reach our destination with time to scout before we rush into it. load next
