Hunter stares at Drow3 and mumbles an incantation to place a Crown of Madness upon his head. Her thoughts attempt to convey a traitorous bent against the wizard in front of him.

OOC:

If D3 fails his Wisdom save vs DC 12, I'd like him to attack the wizard.

Crown of Madness
2nd-level enchantment
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
One humanoid of your choice that you can see within range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by you for the duration. While the target is charmed in this way, a twisted crown of jagged iron appears on its head, and a madness glows in its eyes.
The charmed target must use its action before moving on each of its turns to make a melee attack against a creature other than itself that you mentally choose. The target can act normally on its turn if you choose no creature or if none are within its reach.
On your subsequent turns, you must use your action to maintain control over the target, or the spell ends. Also, the target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the spell ends.

Soliin sneaks in the wake of the chaos Mai'gnor created with his attack, moving in to strike at the priestess.

I'm assuming we're getting surprise actions? Also, donno the stats of the shortsword Mai'gnor gave Soliin, so I'll just do a normal attack?

Soliin follows closely behind Mai'ngor and launches an attack with his new shortsword. He utilizes the distraction caused by the Tikbalang wonderfully and scores a wicked hit on her back.

"The Wizard is mine!" Elfog roars in Dwarvish as he charges out of his hiding space. Shield on his left arm (AC 17) and short sword in his right he attempts to impale the Drow Wizard in the gut.

After Mai'ngor's failed attack with his hooves he attempts to trip Ilvara, but she manages to turn out of his path just in time and stay on her feet.

Elfog takes the wizard totally by surprise and hits him solidly in the side (7 damage).

Eldeth follows right behind her dwarven companion in his attack on the wizard. She swings twice at her opponent but he is knocked out of her path by Elfog, foiling her attacks.

You can also see Jimjar turn back now that he's seen that you aren't following. He rushes toward where Hunter is hiding, planning to strike when he sees an opening.

D1 coughs and gags as Xeliss sprays poison gas at him. (7 damage)

The drow are thrown off balance as they are bathed in the bright sunlight of Sinag and swing with much less precision than they normally would.

D1 rushes at the little gnome that dared to attack him and takes a swing at her with his sword. Despite the glare he manages to score a solid hit (8 damage).

D2 steps up next to Mai'ngor and attacks him, looking to defend Ilvara. His swing is easily deflected by the skillful tikbalang.

D3, under the control of Hunter, steps up and takes an unexpected swing at the wizard. He scores a solid hit on the wizard (8 damage).

Asha calls out to Lolth for aid and swings her mace, glowing with golden light, at the powerful Tikbalang. The light proves too much and she misses her target.

Ilvara lashes out twice with her scourge at the halfling who dared to so injure her. Her attacks have no effect as the halfling ducks and rolls away before springing lightly back to his feet in a ready position.

Jorlan sees D3 turn traitor and lashes out at him, striking him solidly in the back and ending his miserable existence.

Being overwhelmed the Wizard casts a quick spell and disappears. From the tunnel he just exited he launches firebolt at the raging dwarf. He shot goes wide, flying off into the darkness before winking out of existence 100 feet down the corridor.

Hunter tracks the wizard's attack back to its source, and attempts to remove him from the battle. She flicks her hand as though she's throwing a knife, and launches four Magic Missiles at the mage.

Mai'ngor's attack catches Ilvara in the thigh (10 damage). She grimaces in pain but maintains her ready stance.

Hunter's missiles slam into the wizard in quick succession (14 damage) and he grunts in pain as each missile connects.

"Get the wizard," Eldeth shouts to Elfog as she moves to engage Ilvara, slashing powerfully at her flank. Her first attack finds its mark (8 damage), but her second attack is foiled as Ilvara becomes aware of the danger.

Jimjar takes his chance, even in the uncomfortably bright light, and climbs over the barrier between him and Asha. He lands lightly behind her and takes a couple of stabs at her back. His blade digs in deeply and she growls in pain and he draws back and hits her hard again (18 damage).

"On it!" Elfog yells as he rushes off towards the Wizard's position. Charging in without regard to his own safety he slashes madly at the spell caster, hoping to end him once and for all.

OOC:

It's unclear to me if the Wizard is still invisible. Elfog is Raging and making a Reckless attack. He'll get an advantage to his attack (which would be canceled if spell-boy is still invisible).

Bah!

Any attack against Elfog is at an advantage until his next turn.

Soliin manages to score another solid hit on Ilvara (15 damage).

Elfog chases the wizard down and lands a blow on the wizard's arm (7 damage), which falls limp at his side, obviously broken.

OOC:

Wizard is still visible, he actually used Misty Step to get out of the fray originally. Sorry for the unclear description!

Xeliss still has a turn before the enemy can go :)

The drow's eyes widen in horror as his dainty opponent is replace by a ferocious bear. His shock doesn't last long as the bear removes his face with her massive claws (14 damage)

D2 keeps up his attacks on Mai'ngor, still mostly blinded from the light. He scores a minor hit on the tikbalang (4 damage)

Asha turns to face her newest threat and lashes out with her mace at Jimjar, golden light once again radiating from the weapon. Still weakened by his powerful strike she misses terribly.

Jorlan steps forward and slashes at Eldeth, hoping to kill her before they can overwhelm Ilvara. He scores a solid blow in the dwarf's side (17 damage), just below the ribs and she stumbles and falls to the ground.

Ilvara radiates radiant energy, and as you watch you can see her companions' wounds healing before your eyes.

The wizard before Elfog holds out a hand toward the pesky dwarf and seven glowing bolts of energy fly from his hand and slam into the deadly dwarf. (25 damage)

Jimjar retaliates at the vicious Asha, scoring another sold hit on her (16 damage)

Mai'ngor holds nothing back. He wants to end Ilvara NOW! He is a blur of swishing blades as his War Dance intensifies. As Soliin disarms the priestess the tikbalang kicks the whip as far away from her as he can. In a heartbeat he swings Sinag in a blinding upward arc, raking it across her chest, and in the same motion he punches Shoor Vandree's shortsword into her belly.

Hunter keeps her focus on the wizard. Witnessing the powerful barrage of missiles, she begins to question their decision to stand and fight against such powerful foes. Hunter steels her resolve and again attacks the drow mage, assisting Elfog with her own magical attack.
