Chuck Tate, Ship's Counsellor. He's human, believes in being persuasive, and diplomatic, but he also believes everyone wants to be controlled. He's a bold leader, and plans to make first officer soon.

No, no Medical Officer, but I'm also at the limit on players at the moment... Should that change, I'll reach out though. :)
