There is one important thing I forgot to ask about before the game started but that I would still like to bring up now.

If there are any things you would not be comfortable with in the game, it would be great if you could let me know. I'm not planning on getting into super dark stuff in this game but it would be still be good to know just in case.

For me, it's fairly standard, but also stuff that seems unlikely to creep into this story anyway. Sexual assault, crimes against children - both would be things I would not find palatable.

Im on the same plane with moonbeam. Sexual assault is a definite no for me, and crimes against children are a nope. Unless its like those alien baby demons from dead space. Those things arent children and i had no qualms about using the cutter beam to shred them like lettuce.

Yes, I'm definitely not going to include anything of that nature, no worries.
Basically, I'm not planning to include anything that would be out of place in a Star Trek episode.

The worst I can think of at the moment would be some amount of body horror related to those experiments, if everyone is comfortable with that, and even that should not become very gruesome.

That sounds fine to me, and well within the type of content TNG served up. Of course, my character is somewhat less likely to suffer this, given that she is more likely than others to remain physically distant from the enemy, so the votes of the other players should count for more on this element.

I'm on the same board so far. Outright graphic blasphemy is something I'd rather avoid, but I love slow-burns and unfortunate implications. About the only other thing I've come across in-game is someone pushing sexual content that was supposedly "good" into the results of a roll where that wasn't the aim. I know that sounds nit-picky, but a DM once had my character, ah, have a very specific reaction on a crit success, but she was just rolling diplomacy, and that really bothered me. If that makes any sense.

Its semi-related, but i was playing the Star wars MMO SWTOR, and doing my imperial agent quest line, and one of the ways you silence someone whos going to blow your cover is sleeping with them. I was playing a female character, and just going through the most peaceful dialogue options i could find, and i figured "oh if i flirt with him he will back off and be woo'ed and maybe i get him as an ally. Nope. You straight up disseappear into a back room with the NPC, then walk out shaking your head in disgust. I had to put the game down for a bit as i straight up did not expect that in an MMO.



Also, did we lose mike? Is he dead? what are we doing about that?

I sent him a PM this morning in hopes of rousing him. The player, not Mike of course. Heard nothing back.

He hasn't been active in a while. I've sent him a message two or three days ago and asked if he'll be back but he hasn't replied. Maybe he's just busy at the moment and will be back, I dont know, but at the moment, I'm assuming he's gone. kona has posted an ad for the game on reddit, I'm planning on doing the same in another sub. I would like to get one or two more people so Zephyr isn't alone in the b thread.

Have you thought of re-posting in the Games Tavern?

That would probably be the easiest way to find someone actually. I'll just bump the thread for this game with a new post to tell people that applications are open again
