Waiting to see if Korgazhar can get these doors open before posting. What Julian sees will effect his decision to either arm the orcs or continue moving.

OOC:
Quick recap, did Julian's earlier scrying reveal all the orc prison cells? I know it revealed there were orcs in the caverns.

Korgazhar
As the others head to the west, you stop to slide the bar open, calling to the orcs inside. As you do, those inside squeal and cower, obviously petrified of your presence. As you move to the second door and pull back the bar, you hear shouts down the hall. A quick look reveals a pair of giants headed your way, accompanied by a handful of ogres.

Inside, you see a similar situation as the first room. A couple of dozen beaten and broken orcs, all cowering and squealing in fear as you yell at them.
OOC:
Cannot believe Korgazhar invaded their safe space! :P

Dwendylin and Ambrosia
A quick search of the myriad of items in the forge area reveals a pile of things you recognize as your gear!

"Ah hah!" an excited Ambrosia rings out as he makes his way to his equipment. Using Prestidigitation to clean off any filth off his belongings, he straps his rapier to his belt: a beautifully gold gilded guard with a black grip connect an amber-colored curved blade, forked in the middle with one piece a bit longer than the other. He takes a minute to embrace his next possession: a white disk that glows with some supernatural aura; it seems to be something akin to a halo. Kissing it and whispering something in Celestial, the bard smiles and unsheathes his sword. Tapping it on the stone floor elicits a low hum that Ambrosia matches in pitch as he does a little twirl; in his other hand he shakes his ethereal disk and a light jingle can be heard before four glowing symbols, musical notes, spin about shedding light as he performs. As the hum of his blade and voice come to a close, the shining notes fade away.

A large grin plays on his face now and his eyes seem to glow just a bit brighter.

"Oh how I've missed that sound..."

Dwendylin walks over to the scattered pieces of her golden armor. She kneels before the pile of gear and offers up a quick prayer. "Oh Shining One, your merciful light is always with us. Praises unto thee for your enduring kindness." Over her rags, she begins to don the armor piece by piece, and with practiced skill. Amidst the pile is also a bright orange mantle embroidered with patterns of suns and moons along its collar and edge. She throws it over her shoulders and clasps it at her neck with a golden holy symbol of Pelor. She places yet a smaller holy symbol, hung on chain around her neck and kisses it. Fully dressed in her armor, an ornate golden shield, the stylish mantle and a golden mace, she seems like a completely different person to the lady you previously rescued in slave rags. She gathers up her backpack and declares that she is ready. "All set...."

If these were the slaves they were counting on to revolt, then their plan was an ill conceived one. Korgazhar bellowed at them, but they were too frightened to respond. He remembered that Julian said the free orcs were holding fort at thr caverns to the east, so he dashed down the corridor in that direction to see if they could go there.
OOC:
Korgazhar is going east towards the corridor that looks like it's blocked to figure out why it's blocked.

Korgazhar watches the others head west as he heads to the east. There he finds the way is blocked by what appears to be a collapse of some sort. The tunnel is blocked with boulders, timber and earth.

From the north tunnel come close shouts, as the reinforcements arrive.

Sorry for last week, all. The post-hurricane non-event had me swamped all weekend. Now, though, lets get back at it!

Ambrosia looks to his companions as he rattles his tambourine-like halo of light as he smiles and says:

"Sounds like they're ready for an encore. What kind of performance sounds up to everyone's liking, a taunting escape or a reminder of who the leads are in this act?"

Bump! Are we going to continue? Or has this game, too, gone by the wayside? :) As you can see by the map, Korgazhar is off to the east while the rest of you went west to get Ambrosia and Dwen's gear. In the north tunnel are the first of the reinforcements arriving.

Korgazhar looked to see how he could get through the barricade to the caverns.

"Let us rejoin Korgazhar." Dwen suggests to the group, now that they are fully geared.

Korgazhar
A quick inspection reveals that while it would take a bit of time to clear a path, it is not impossible to do so. However, it would take more time to get an accurate assessment. As you inspect the boulders, the giant reinforcements arrive! You can also hear several more coming, though not all giants. From the sounds, there are ogres and bugbears in the mix.
