Shaking off his fear of Lilith, Zale kicks Gemma behind the knee as she turns away from him, (5 bludgeoning damage) then pursues her across the deck. When the Blight swings its driftwood fist at him, the agile water genasi leaps aside, causing Gemma to take the hit instead! (20 bludgeoning damage) As Gemma teeters from the massive hit, Zale lunges forward, fists flying, and Gemma finally goes down with a groan! (12 bludgeoning damage)
A wail goes up from Magda and Lilith as their unholy sisterhood is broken! Up until this moment the Coven seemed to have been toying with you, but now the tide has turned!
From her perch atop the Blight, Lilith, points a gnarled finger at Nela. To Jack's horror a mass of seaweed appears twists itself into a copy of the downed druid! The resemblance is uncanny, save for the blank look in the simulacrum's eyes which it turns towards Lilith, as if awaiting instructions! (Lair Action: Simulacrum of Nela.)

What effect all this does have on this battle is that you guys have been climbing aboard from the water via the submerged stern. That's where the Blight is standing now, and those amidships (Zale & Ian) are basically just above the waterline and within striking distance of its 15ft reach. They are also in Gemma's threat range. Jack has dragged the unconscious Nela up near the prow, just out of reach of the Blight, but Gemma can get to them if she moves. Lilith and Magda can also hit them with spells.
Grog is water walking behind the Blight, while Phillip has climbed atop the Blight, trying to get to Magda.
Jineer is on firm ground. Because of the way the wreck is angled up she can't see what's happening on its deck. She can see the Blight towering over everything, and she can see Phillip and Lilith as well.

The Blight opens up, and Phillip sees Magda sitting inside, holding the eye. Something unseen brushes past, and he hears a splash in the water below.
The Seaweed Blight swats at Zale but can't find the nimble though befuddled monk. It does manage to grab Phillip yet again with its vines and take a big bite out of the vacationing bounty hunter! (Damage after DR: 3 bludgeoning + 12 piercing).
