I have submitted Chase for your look over. I will add the background once I get some info from you about the geography.

The country he's from won't have been limited to just one type of terrain, so feel free to choose whichever terrain you envision for the character.

I like all the details you've added: you're adventuring out of a need to survive to defend Joseph and your homeland. I've approved it. As you role-play, you may want to work in how you expect working for the Dungeon Busters organization to help with coming to Joseph's defense and/or protecting your homeland from Mad King George.I'll be introducing your character Chase through Olpert as soon as the party has finished with questioning the bandits.

Actually I want to save my homeland but Joseph wants me eliminated for what I know of his plot with King George so that is why I am on the run. Give time for the heat to cool off a bit so I can then go back gather the wardens and expose Joseph. Maybe make some allies along the way to help.

I'll also point out that even without racial modifiers, that set of scores (with modifiers of 0, +1, +1, -2, +2, -1) has a net +1 for bonuses, better than the average of 10-11 scores across the board. A human would get you a net +3, and other races could get you a net +4 (depending on where you assign your rolls).

@DireHalfling - I like Rosemary! A few comments on the sheet of things that should be corrected/added:
- please make the character public
- you'll start with Inspiration (so that should be "1")
- the proficiency bonus should be +2; the various proficient skills should update with the bonus once you enter it (right now those skill totals are less than they should be)
- the 1H damage for the Baker's paddle should be 1d8.
- Baker's tools should be in your inventory
- your weapons should be in your inventory, too
- you should have a background trait, ideal, bond, and flaw. The default character sheet on GP doesn't have a dedicated space for it, so you can add those under "Notes"
Finally, it's not required, but you might enjoy including a Motivation for Rosemary: why she got into adventuring and joined Dungeon Busters (as described in this post under "Motivations".

I will rethink the motivation. I didn't realize it was for joining.
I keep those items on skill list for tracking purposes. Just me.

I was thinking black but red is more flashy. Hard to find picture of mask & cape without going kid's stuff or batman.

I didn't take the time to make up the others of the troupe. Or anyone in DB that he knows. Or any of his loved and lost females. So, DM. You have lots of space to play with. Heck. I didn't even name the raiders. Gotta love character history.

Description Manthis is a husky large man in his twenties. Found in common clothing or chain mail. Always with a greatsword & a whip. Pack on a backpack and he is ready to travel. Sometimes you can hear him coming as he likes to play his shawn.
