"Tolvihar" Elfog mouths in stunned silence as he instantly recognizes one of Clan Oakshoulder's deadliest weapons.
Tolvihar, The Slayer of Vorosakarny and Feller of Orias! If legend is to be believed the great axe was used by the clan's first great hero, Tuz Oakshoulder, in an epic battle with Vorosakarny the Red, a battle which cost both combatants their lives. Since that time, upon the owner's death, it has fallen to the clan leader to decide who should be the next in line to wield Tolvihar. For a young dwarven warrior of the clan it is one of the greatest honors that can be bestowed. It's also one of the deadliest, as those who wield Tolvihar inevitably die in battle at a young age defending the Oakshoulder clan.
Throwing his short sword swiftly to the ground, Elfog holds the axe high above his head. "For this, Fish...." he quickly stops and corrects himself, "For this, Ploopploopeen, I'm forever in ye debt!" Giving the axe a few quick swings he asks, "My people's axe! Where? How?"

OOC:
I'm thinking if the axe has some sort of benefit there should be some sort of negative effect as well. Not cursed, necessarily, but some sort of hurt for using the special benefit. Kind of explaining why battles with big baddies always end in the wielder's death.
