Absences

I figured something had happened to you. Hope you're feeling better much better. Take your time; there's no rush.

I will be up to my eyebrows in work over the next three days. I will be absent from the boards for the duration.

One final, 16-hour push at work, then I'll be free to post again.

The good news is that I finally found a job. The bad news is I will have less time to play as I used to. But then none of the games I am in are very active anyway, so perhaps my reduced availability will hardly make a difference. Still, I thought it best to give notice.

I'll be mostly out of touch from this Friday through Monday for the (US) Memorial Day weekend, with very spotty cell reception, so no posting and probably a bare minimum of checking in.

Hi, all! I'm back from my trip but pretty tired (though in a good way) and I have a ton of catching up to do at work, so I won't be back on the boards til Monday. Catch you all then! 😊

Just figured I mention so so all the player in my games and my Dm know that I am back on 14 1/2 hour workdays on Saturday. So you won't see me posting until after 10:30 PM EST on Saturdays until further notice. Even then depending on how tired i am I just might wait till Sunday to post.

That's like 70.5 hours!

It feels like it. 1 put in 23 hours of work in 30 hours on from 1:30 PM Friday till 10 PM Saturday

After being married for almost 15 years, my wife told me she no longer has feelings for me. In the coming months, I will have to make major changes in my life (relocating, splitting everything, selling the house, making sure the kids are not forgotten in all that, etc..). It's a sad time for us but at least we are not leaving each other with bad feelings. I don't know when I'll be back but once my life is back on track, I'm sure I'll come back to this great community. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I'll be causing to those with whom I'm gaming right now...
