2.0 - Lure of the Lost

Marc decides to try to contact Hethan using the multi band comlink in his armor. His body is hungry but his spirit is wounded from the loss of his mother and he hopes that Hethan can help him. He'll try to contact her several times and if unsuccessful, he will stock up on supplies and head off to the location in the mountains.

As you all dive into cover and fire at the nearer group of stormtroopers, blasters begin to fill up the area. Heyop and Mal each land a few hits and two of the four stormtroopers fall to the ground. Csillag merrily fires her holdout blaster, but only manages to hit those who are already taken out by her colleagues.The stormtroopers from that closer group return fire, targeting Mal this time.The shots they fire raise enough ruckus around Mal that he is forced to reposition himself into a slightly less advantageous firing position.Joka -- in roughly the minute that has passed you've crossed from the market towards the noise. Coming around the corner, you are gently bumped by a couple people as they hightail it away from the the fight you can see. A group of stormtroopers (at medium range) and a second pair of stormtroopers (also at medium range) seem to be engaging a trio of folks. Joka, have a strange feeling that those under attack are people you should get to know...

Marc -- Hethan's comm signal doesn't respond to your repeated hails. Either she's lost her commlink, she's in trouble, or she's somewhere where it's not possible for her to get a signal.

Marc is going to use his disguise kit, then go to town to stock up on supplies. Since his resources are no longer unlimited, he'll try to negotiate with vendors to get the best prices possible on rations, then he plans to take off in the direction of the coordinates in the mountains. He is thinking about his mother's death and what happened to him as she died. He is distracted.
